RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Shipping policy
Wine Rack Superstore is dedicated to expediting and delivering your order in a timely manner. Many of our items are available for immediate shipment. Please email sales@wineracksuperstore.com or call 1-800-987-5611 with any delivery questions you may have. When requested, you can be informed of its scheduled ship date. For an expedited or Saturday delivery (will be an extra fee) please call 1-800-987-5611 . Depending on the size of some items, expedited shipping may not be available for express delivery. Standard shipping rates apply to the contiguous United States and do not include Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico. Items cannot be shipped to p.o. boxes. International orders to countries outside the U.S. will need to be quoted by a representative at Wine Rack Superstore as do orders shipping to APO/FPO bases, please call 1-800-987-5611 for rates.
Shipping and Damages
Please call Wine Rack Superstore at 1-800-987-5611 immediately with any shipping damages your product may have received. Customers have 15 days after receipt of product to file a shipping damage claim. Please note damage on the shipping bill of lading.
Our Guarantee
Wine Rack Superstore has made exhaustive efforts to research products for every level of wine collecting. These efforts have identified the highest quality merchandise available and have been the basis for our offerings. The Wine Rack Superstore will endorse each warranty as specified from the manufacturer to be free from defects due to workmanship or material under normal use and service. This warranty constitutes the entire warranty of the Wine Rack Superstore with respect to the entire range of products and is in lieu of all other warranties. Wine Rack Superstore will not be responsible for any consequential damage of any nature. Please call 1-800-987-5611 for any questions on specific manufactures warranties.
Returns
Wine Rack Superstore strives for 100% customer satisfaction. For returns call customer service at 1-800-987-5611 for a return authorization number. We accept returns of any non-custom made items within 30 days of order as long as it is returned in original carton in like new condition. Custom items cannot be returned for any reason. A 15% restocking fee will charged on returned wine refrigerators. The customer is responsible for the return shipping charges unless the item was received incorrectly or damaged during shipping.

How do I place an order?
The shopping cart feature will allow you to place an order and provide you with a secure and private way of ordering. Just add the items you wish to buy and add them to the shopping cart. When you are finished browsing and are ready to check out, just hit the check out button to complete your order. We can also except orders via the phone, email or fax.

Can I order from outside the United States?
At this time we do not except foreign currency. We can ship orders outside of the continental US for an additional charge. Please contact us for a quote.
